What is a VAYKA Mystery Box?

A curated surprise purchase where you choose the price tier, but the exact product is intentionally kept secret until fulfilment.

Can I choose the product?

No. The surprise is part of the VAYKA experience unless a specific selection option is expressly offered.

Will everyone receive the same product?

Not necessarily. Products may vary between orders.

Are the products genuine?

VAYKA aims to provide genuine and appropriately described products. Where VAYKA expressly represents a product as genuine or branded, that representation applies.

Why doesn't my parcel always have VAYKA packaging?

Some orders are fulfilled through third-party suppliers or logistics providers, so packaging may vary.

Can I return my Mystery Box?

Is VAYKA a lottery or gambling service?

No. VAYKA sells physical products. Customers purchase goods and do not purchase cash prizes or monetary winnings.

How fast will my order arrive?
